Countercepts™: in 2007 X-tier's security arm became its own operational area. Countercepts™, short for Counter Concepts is X-tier's security division which is responsible for assuring security standards compliance for all company software; e.g.

GLB Act,
HIPAA and engineerd software security centric solutions for the commercial sector (USA only).
Changing the tide is X-tier Pacific. "X-tier PAC" is the company's Asia division and is based in the Republic of the Philippines. X-tier PAC curently provides Philippine businesses with custom commercial-grade Web-based software development services.
